Sharing and service providers

Submissions are stored in our managed cloud database and are accessible only to authorised NueSync team members through an authenticated admin portal. We use infrastructure and email providers to operate the service; they process data on our behalf and only for that purpose.

When we introduce you to a potential partner in the network, we share only the details relevant to that introduction, and only after you have asked us to.

Data retention

We keep registration and contact records for as long as needed to operate the network and respond to you. You can ask us to delete your record at any time and we will do so unless we are required to keep it for legal or accounting reasons.
