What NueSync provides today

NueSync is an AI-assisted industrial sourcing service in early access. Today we help businesses describe a sourcing requirement, identify relevant manufacturing and supply partners, and coordinate RFQs. Self-serve platform features described as part of our vision are not guaranteed and may change.

Eligibility and accounts

• You must be at least 18 and authorised to act for the business you register.
• The information you provide must be accurate and kept up to date.
• Admin access to submitted data is limited to authorised NueSync staff; you are responsible for keeping any credentials we issue you confidential.

Acceptable use

• Do not submit false, misleading, or someone else's information.
• Do not use the forms to send spam, malware, or automated bulk submissions.
• Do not attempt to access data, accounts, or systems you are not authorised to use.
• Do not use the network to solicit business unrelated to industrial sourcing.

Introductions and quotes

NueSync helps you discover and reach potential partners. We are not a party to any resulting contract, purchase order, or quotation between you and another business, and we do not act as an agent, broker, or guarantor for either side.

You are responsible for your own due diligence on any partner, including qualification, pricing, compliance, and quality.

Your content

You keep ownership of the requirements, capability details, and messages you submit. You grant NueSync permission to use that content to operate the service, including matching you with relevant partners and improving how our matching works.

Availability and changes

This is an early-access service. We may add, change, or remove features, and we may pause or discontinue access without notice. We aim to keep the site available but do not promise uninterrupted service.

Disclaimers and liability

The website and early-access service are provided on an "as is" basis, without warranties of any kind to the extent permitted by law. NueSync is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, lost profits, or losses arising from a transaction between you and another business in the network.

Termination

We may remove a registration or restrict access if these terms are breached or if a submission appears fraudulent or abusive. You can ask us to remove your registration at any time.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms as the platform evolves. Continued use of the site after an update means you accept the revised terms.
